Ingredients

45 minutes
  • 375 gFlour
  • 4 tbspSugar
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspNut Meg
  • 2 tbspPowdered milk
  • Margarine 1 tbsp (for mixing)
  • 1 cupLukewarm water
  • 1/4 tspYeast
  • V/oil for deep frying

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all d dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add d lukewarm water n melted margarine

  3. 3

    Use a spatula to mix

  4. 4

    Transfer to a work surface dusted with flour

  5. 5

    Roll n cut with doughnuts cutter

  6. 6

    Keep to rise for 30 minutes

  7. 7

    Fry in a moderaly hot oil
