Grilled Bread with Chili Salt
This dish is usually a snack, but today it became breakfast. When you only have a sausage and a loaf of bread and wake up late.
Cooking Instructions

Press the bread to flatten it (my bread wasn't warm anymore, so it only flattened this much). Mix 1 tablespoon of shrimp satay, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, and a little chili powder (if you like it spicy). Spread it on the bread.

Grill the bread in the oven at 450°F (230°C) for about 5 minutes, turning the bread after about 3 minutes and spreading the mixture on the other side. Meanwhile, add butter (or cooking oil) to a hot pan, then add green onions and turn off the heat.

Spread the scallion oil evenly on the bread, add sausages, pork floss, or any toppings you have available. Add chili sauce and mayonnaise and eat quickly to be on time. Enjoy your day!

I made tons of curry and nan for dinner and when I tried wrapping some curry in unbaked nan dough it turned out pretty good!When wrapping the dough around the ingredients, use a fork to press the edges together so they turn out looking nice and the dough won't open up.
