Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsShingada flour
  2. 1 cuprajgira flour
  3. 1boiled mashed potato
  4. 1 tsp grated ginger
  5. 1 tspdry mango powder
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp jeera
  8. 1 tbspncoarse grinded peanuts
  9. 1 tbspnCoriander leaves
  10. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all above ingredients and knead a dough.

    Make small rolls and roll a paratha
