Seer fish fry

Take seer fish slices, wash carefully and keep aside.

In a bowl, add mixed chill powder 4 tsp, turmeric powder, fish fry masala and required quantity of salt with little water and make it into paste.

Take the fish slices carefully, apply the masala paste thoroughly on both sides and let it sit for some time, say 15 to 20 minutes

Shallow fry the fish slices in medium flame till golden brown on both sides

Now our tasty seer fish fry is ready to eat.
