  • cauliflower florets
  • turmeric
  • red onion
  • lemon juice
  • cucumber
  • boiled chickpeas
  • tomatoes
  • green bellpepper,

Steps

    Boil quinoa with cauliflower florets and a pinch of turmeric for 5-7 minutes

    Let it sit for 20 minutes

  3. 3

    Mix it into finely chopped red onion, tomatoes, green bellpepper, boiled chickpeas, and cucumbe

  4. 4

    Add half lemon juice, seasoning,

    Mix mix mix mix Done!! 🥒🥗🍋🍅🥘
