Ingredients

  • 1big bowl mix vegetables
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tbspcumin and coriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1bay leaf
  • To tastesalt and turmeric powder
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add cumin seeds and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add vegetables and fry well

  3. 3

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it gets soft

  4. 4

    Add cumin and coriander powder and mix well

  5. 5

    Add green chillies and little water

  6. 6

    Now add sugar and mix well

  7. 7

    Serve it with rice
