Cheesey marmite crumpet bake
Steps

Lightly toast the crumpets. Spread with butter and marmite to taste. Cut in half and arrange in a small baking dish.

Whisk the eggs with a little milk and season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the grated cheese in and around the crumpets. Then pour over the egg mixture and finish with a final sprinkle of cheese.

Bake in the oven for 20 at 180C.
