Ingredients

  • 1 packethakka noodles
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 bowlveggies as per taste
  • 1 teaspoonghee
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil noodles

  2. 2

    Add ghee in a pan and stir till it gets heated

  3. 3

    Add chopped onion,tomato,chilli and veggies and stir until it gets soften

  4. 4

    Add all the masalas

  5. 5

    Cook for 2 mins and the noodles are ready to serve
