Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • Salt to teste
  • 1Egg
  • 1/4 cupMilk
  • 1/2 cupOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add 2 cups flour in a bowl then salt to taste then break 1 egg add 2tbsp of sugar then half cup of milk and disolvet then pour it to the flour.

  2. 2

    It will make parotta to be very soft add oil to the flour and start mixing it for 5min make sure you knead the dough to be soft maximum 5min you need dough.

  3. 3

    Then close it about some hour after hour you will see it would look nice and soft then knead it again for a minute make a nice flat of it.

  4. 4

    Then make sure your pan is hot then placed it on the pan then bake both it will look very nice and soft.

  5. 5

    You can server it with any source.
