Ingredients

  • 1 kgcarrot
  • 2-3medium beetroot
  • as neededsalt,redchilli,mustard powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Scrub carrots and beetroot and wash under running water.peel and cut into batons.

    Take carrot and beetroot batons in a bowl.add salt,red chilli powder mustard powder and mix add 10 cups of water and stir.

    Cover the bowl.let it stand in the sun of three to four days.

    When ready chill in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
