Steps

Take chana dal. Soak it for 4 to 5 hrs.then boil on 3 to 4 whistle on cooker pressure. You can boil it in pan until it became soft.

After the boil then mix gud until melts and go ahead.Stir this process continually until paste to become thick.make fine soft stuff which fill into the Dough.

Make soft dough from Maida or wheat flour.add stuff his chana daal mixture in it like paratha. Make it on low medium flame. Serve with ghee.
