In a thick bottom pan heat 1 tspn ghee and add 300 gms mawa and 90 gms sugar cook well keep stirring

Add thandai syrup and Elaichi powder

When mawa starts leaving pan put it into a greased square shaped pan and tap it twice keep it in refrigerator for 1/2 hrs

Take 1 tspn ghee in another pan and add,200 gms mawa and 60 gms sugar,1/4 cup Coco powder mix well by same process

Take out that pan from refrigerator, now second layer of Coco mawa put in to first layer tap twice and keep the pot in refrigerator for some time when it get completely cool..ready to unmould

Unmould carefully and cut square shaped burfi enjoy
