Peel, wash and boil the yam till soft.

Wash your vegetables with salt,slice and set aside,cut onions, tomatoes and peppers and set aside.

Pour red oil in pot,fried Onions, Pepper and tomatoes, add Maggi and crayfish,allow for 2minutes and pour the vegetables stir very well off gas, serve with white yam
