Blend the strawberries well, then heat them. Afterward, add 3 sheets of halal gelatin and let it cool well before adding it to the whipped cream. Make sure it is not too thick.

For the first layer, add the sponge cake and soak it with syrup. Then add a layer of cream, another layer of sponge cake, soak it, add more cream, and freeze it overnight.

Prepare the red glaze by adding sugar, glucose syrup, and cream over heat until melted. Then add 3 sheets of gelatin and white chocolate, stir well, add food coloring and strawberry flavoring, and let it cool.
