Add besan,oil,salt,ajwain and hing in a mixing bowl.Make a dough.

Make long rolls with the dough.

Heat water in a wok add rolls and boil in for 10 minutes.

Drain the water and cut rolls into pieces.

Heat oil in a wok add cumin,hing,bay leaf when crackle add tomato puree and spices and saute it.

Add some water and boil it.

Now add gatte and garam masala mix well.

Serve with roti.
