First of all we will boil Tur daal to make in sambar

Put dal in cooker turn on the gas add 1 cup water in the cooker followed by 1/2 teaspoon salt

Close the lid till one whistle goes off then allow dal to cook for 5 min in low flame

Pur the vegetable in a pan along with 1/2 cup water

Cover the pan and cook the vegetable on a medium flame till they become tender

Put the tomatoes,green chilli and ginger in mixer grinder

Check the vegetable now let us prepare spice for sambar

Pour 2 spoon oil after put mustard seeds, methi seeds and add curry leaves now add turmeric powder And add sambar masala

We will fry the spice till oil surfaces and put 2 cup water into it and add vegetable also

Put dal into it and add coriander leaves. Sambar is thick consistency and add some water and tamarind pulp and salt boil for 3 to 4 mix

First wash urad daal and rice properly the water should be double in quantity of dal And rice

Now soak them in water 4 to 5 hours now we will grind them for the batter

We will add water And we will make a paste batter should not be so then it should be some thick

Now leave batter for 20 hours in warm place to ferment it and now put batter in idli stand and make it in oven for 4 to 5 minutes
