Wash all vegetables, peel and cut into tiny chunks. Put in a blender or juicer, add lemon zest and blend until completely smooth, turn into a clean cheese cloth and sieve out the juice into a clean bowl. Add lemon juice and freeze for about 2hrs, serve chilled with food or snack and enjoy 😋

The added lemon zest gives it nice flavor and slightly bitter taste.
