Preparation:-
Chop potatoes, carrots, drum stick, lady finger and cluster beans. - 2
In a pan heat oil and add mustard, cumin, fenugreek seeds. Let it flutter. Once done add curry leaves and gram flour. Roast the gram flour until its golden brown. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to taste.

Add about 1/2 litre of water and bring it to boil. Once boiled add vegetables and add another 1/2 litre water and let it cook until all vegetables are cooked. Add tamarind and jaggery and cook for 2 more minutes.
Remove in serving bowl and add ghee if desired and garnish with coriander. Enjoy with rice or roti. - 4
You can add more vegetables such has ivy gourd, peas, karela etc. or any seasonal vegetables.
