For dough mix all dry ingredients with butter / ghee then knead with warm milk if required add water. Rest for 15 minutes (minimum)

Meanwhile prepare filling: kneed khoya with icing sugar then add all other ingredients & mix it all. Keep aside

Make a small round roti with dough, fill with khoya mixer.

Make a half moon shape or u can use it’s utensils for shaping samosas.

Deep fry on medium heat.
