Heat oil in a pot,add some chopped onions and stir for some time,add scotch bonnet and garlic paste and stir for 3-5mins

Add some water, seasonings to taste and allow to boil.

Add in rice and stir, allow to cook for some minutes...The rice shouldn't be tender or soft.

At this stage,add in macaroni and the veggies and stir thoroughly.Allow to cook until soft.serve
