Ingredients

  • 1 &1/2 cups refined flour
  • 2eggs
  • As neededoil
  • 250 gmschicken pieces
  • 2onion cut in pieces
  • 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves
  • 3green chillies
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • As neededwater
  • As neededtomato sauce
  • 1/2 bowlbread crumb
  • As neededwater
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala powder / whole spice powder
  • 1 &1/2 teaspoon salt
  • A pinchhing powder / asafoetida

Steps

    First take a mixing bowl put flour and one broken egg with pinch of salt.

    Pour little water slowly

    Make a dosa type batter in pouring consistency.

  4. 4

    Now heat the pan add drops of oil

  5. 5

    Spread it.

  6. 6

    Now put ladle of batter and spread, after a minute dosa is ready and put in the plate.

  7. 7

    Do all small dosa in the same manner & keep it.

  8. 8

    Now making of chicken gravy___

  9. 9

    Now take a pressure cooker on the oven add the chicken pieces add the water add salt give one whistle and keep aside.

    When vapour goes naturally, keep the chicken pieces in the bowl and make the small pieces

  11. 11

    Put oil in the pan on the oven add the onion, and ginger which is cut in thin pieces.

    Add the hing powder and mix it

  13. 13

    Add the turmaric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder one by one and mix it.

    Put slit green chilli, next salt now add the boiled chicken pieces. give it a nice mix,

    Add the coriander leaves, mix it

  16. 16

    Keep stirring, when the chicken pieces soft and nice aroma comes out from the chicken turn off the gas.

  17. 17

    Now take one small dosa put the chicken in the dosa make fold and then put in the egg batter which I made earlier.

    Then put the roll in the bread crumb

    Cover the roll nicely with the bread crumb

  20. 20

    Now put another pan in the oven add sufficient oil in the pan and deep fry the spring rolls.
