Here is an healthy recipe made using brown basmati rice instead of white rice to make it more healthier by Brinda Gandhi, Dietician & Nutritionist from Mumbai, India

For cooking the Brown Rice
Heat 5 cups of water in a vessel, once the water comes to boil, add the salt, oil and soaked brown rice and cook them on medium flame till 90% cooked for 10-12 minutes.
Remove the cooked rice from water and keep aside.Tip : Make sure you do not overcook the rice

How to proceed
Heat ghee in a non stick pan and add the whole spices, saute for 2 minutes on medium flame - 3
Add the chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies & saute till they onions turn translucent.

Add the chopped tomato & saute till the tomatoes turns soft & mushy
Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, biryani masala and salt. Mix well and cook on slow flame for 2 minutes. - 5
Add 1/4 cup water & let the spices cook.
Add whisked curds and saute till the curds combines well in the mixture. - 6
Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, browned paneer and mix well.

Spread the cooked rice evenly on top of the gravy, cover & let it simmer for 5 minutes on slow flame so that the ricr will soak in all the flavours.
Serve hot with mixed vegetable raita.
