With limited time to hubby's return home, I decided to make a sharp side dish to go with dinner... as I forgot to prepare any meat earlier.
Steps

Wash and cut meat into small chunks. Put in pot, cut in onion and add a little water.

Pound peppers and ginger. Pour into meat. Add in seasoning cubes,attarugu, shombo(chilli) and spices. Put pot on fire.

Stir everything to incorporate well and cover pot.

Allow to cook till meat is very tender. uncover pot and add in scent leaves.

Put off heat after 3mins. Serve hot.
