Ragi Idli
Steps

Take rawa and curd in a bowl. Mix well
Add little water if it’s very thick
Let the mix sit fr 15 minutes as rawa will swell up - 2
Grease the Idli plates and keep water in the steamer to make it ready

Now prepare the tempering
Take oil in a small pan add mustard seeds
When they crackle add urad daal
When it browns add broken cashews or peanutsAdd water if needed

Now add this tempering to the batter and give a nice mix
Add salt, blk pepper and curry leaves to it Add little water if needed - 5
Add eno just before pouring batter to the plates fr steaming
After 10 minutes check with a skewer
Take out if idlies are done - 6
Enjoy hot with chutney or sambhar
