250 gmspring onion
3-4potatoes
2tomato chopped
1 tspgarlic paste
1/2 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspturmeric
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tspkitchen king
to tasteSalt
2 tbspoil

Steps

Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds when crackle add chopped tomatoes and spices and saute till leave the oil.

Now add chopped spring onion and potatoes mix well.

Cover and cook till soft the veggies.

Add garam masala and serve with paratha
