In a mixer jar make fine paste of onion, tomato, green chillies,ginger and garlic

For chole heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin and mustard seeds in it and allow them to crackel

Now add paste in it and cover it with lid and cook for 5 min on low to medium flame

Add all spices and fry them for 2 min

Now add tamarind chutney and mix it

Add boiled chole and 1 cup water in it

Cover it and allow them to cook for 10 min on low flame

Chole are ready to eat

For bhature take a bowl put maida, cornflour, salt, baking powder,curd and oil mix well.

Add kalaunji and knead dough with help of water

Dough should not be much hard or not be so soft apply oil on surface of dough

Put the dough in a steel box and keep it under sunlight for about 3 hours.

Take a pan put oil in it and heat oil for frying bhature

Take dough and make a small ball and flatten it with help of rolling pin. Do not apply flour for flatten apply oil if needed

Now put bhatura in kadhai and fry from both sides

Bhatura is ready to serve

Serve hot with chole
