    Parboil rice and rinse.slice cabbage,carrots and rinse green peas.season and boil the meat fry in vegetable oil.

    Fry onion,curry,tumeric,star cubes,salt,thyme in vegetable oil.pour in meat stock and parboiled rice to boil untill soft.add salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Pour on top the rice sliced carrots,cabbage and green peas to serve
