First wash the chillies and clean with cloth, prepare besan batter by adding water, salt, ajwain, red chilli pow

In other bowl mashed the potatoes with all dry masala and keep aside then give a small cut in the chillies from centre for filling and fill the potatoes filling in it and coat this chillies with besan batter

And fry in deep hot oil your mirchi vada is ready to serve (tip when u cut the chillies from centre u can put the seeds of chillies inside the besan batter for spicy flavour instead of throwing then)
