Marinate the chicken well for 1hour. place outside room temperature 15mins before grilling

Crush the black pepper to grainy texture. heat a non stick pan to grill the chicken

Once somewhat hot place the chicken skin side down

Turn and grill until golden

Heat the sesame oil in another pan. add the onion and garlic saute until light golden

Add sauces and sugar and crushed pepper cook on med low heat to avoid going bitter

Add cornflour water. add the chicken
