Ingredients

  • 300 gmscooked rice
  • 1/2 cup cumin powder
  • 1/2 cup pepper powder
  • 40 gmsButter
  • as per tasteSalt
  • Rainbow colours..
  • 1/2 cup Purple cabbage puree
  • 1/2 cuppalak / spinach puree
  • 1/2 cup Beetroot puree
  • 1/2 cupcarrot puree
  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • as requiredPlain white rice for white colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a fry pan put butter add chopped garlic fry well then add salt,pepper,cumin powder and purple cabbage puree fri 1 mins once puree rawness left add cooked rice mix well fry as 1 min..take out to another bowl

  2. 2

    Then heat a same pan add butter once melts then add garlic fry well add salt,pepper,palak puree fryfor 1min then add rice fry well 1 min once rice binds to palak flavour and colour then ready as green colour

  3. 3

    Heat a same pan add butter,garlic,salt,pepper fri well then add tomato sauce add rice mix well cook 1min once flavour binds to the rice take out

  4. 4

    Heat same pan add butter put garlic,salt,pepper and soya sauce add rice keep fry for 1 min once colour flavour binds to the rice take out

  5. 5

    Heat a same pan add butter,garlic,salt,pepper add beetroot puree keep cook 1 mins once beetroot puree rawness left then add rice keep cook 1min once it binds flavour and colour ready to serve

  6. 6

    Take a deep round bowl apply butter on base put beetroot as red colour rice then arrange another layer coloured rice arrange rainbow colour like layer by layer
