Sieve together maida, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder.

Beat together butter, sugar till light and creamy then add vanilla essence and milkmaid and mix well. Add water and madia alternatively little by little.

Put batter into muffin cups.

Bake at 160 for 20-25 min.

For frosting dissolve coffee powder in hot water and keep aside.cream butter till soft. Sieve icing sugar and cocoa powder, add butter gradually beating well.

Add coffee mixture and beat till smooth. Take the pipping bag and put star nozzle and mixture and keep aside.

Cool the cupcake and make star and rose over it. Garinsh with golden ball and chocochips.

Serve it.
