I learnt this in my uni days, infact the yummy taste of fried okro gives me do much joy.... If you are unlucky n bought strong okro or one that didn't draw well while cutting, just try this and thnk me later.

Wash Ur meats and cook to done with onions, pepper, salt, seasoning cubes, ginger, add the fish when it's almost done and set aside wen done. remoe from fire n sieve stock n keep

Put palm oil in the fire and when hot add onions, fresh pepper, crayfish and then the okro and stir fry for a few mins, you'd notice it's really drawing but still very fresh, add ur meat stock and all the proyeino and allow to boil then taste that everything is adequate and balance where less then add the leaves in a small quantity and turn off heat.
