Dry roast semolina

In a pan take oil add mustard, cumin seeds, peanuts, chana dal. Saute till pink.

Add chopped green chillies, curry leaves, onions, tomatoe and saute till soft.

Add grated ginger and hot water. Add salt, sugar and let it bubble.

Slowly add semolina and stir while adding to avoid lumps.

Close with lid and cook for 10 mins.

Serve hot with shev.
