  • 7Pepper
  • 3 cubesMaggi
  • 1/kilo cow head
  • 1 teaspoonCurry
  • Thyme (optional)
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1medium onions

  1. 1

    Boil the cowhead with seasoning until very soft

  2. 2

    Blend tomatoes pepper and onions boil till water dries out

  3. 3

    Heat oil and fry the boiled tomatoes add little curry thyme maggi salt

  4. 4

    Allow on fire for some minutes and add the boiled cowhead and thick stock. cook some more for 3-4 minutes and serve with boiled rice
