Sprouted beans khichdi with kadhi

Heat oil add dry red chilli methiyo masalo and sprouted beans(Vaal-sarang dal). Add salt and ginger chilli garlic paste saute for 2-3mins. Add red chilli powder turmeric powder and water.

Now wash rice soak 15mins and add in a sprouted mixture. Stir and cover the lid cook on mid slow flame. Add garam masala and coriander leaves. Cook for 7-10 mins. Khichdi is ready

For kadhi:-Dilute besan in curd add water ginger chilli paste salt sugar stir and make tadka with spices and masala curry leaves. Cook on a slow flame for 5-7mins. Kadhi is ready.

Tasty traditional sprouted beans khichdi kadhi is ready to serve.
