First of all peel the banana and grate it.

Now add all ingredients. Mix well Knead a dough.

Now heat the water in a pan and put the steamer to steam the muthiya. Grease it.

Now take ball from dough, and make logs of it. Put it into the steam it for 15-20 mins.

Now remove from them steam it and cool it down. Cut it into the peices.

Now heat the oil into the pan, add cumin seeds, and green chilli, and sesame seeds. As these start crackling, add muthiya peices.

Mix well. Sprinkle green coriander and serve it.
