Wash and dry the tomato, then cut a circular slice around the stem at the bottom.

Carefully cut the tomato into eight wedges, making sure not to cut all the way through—stop about two-thirds of the way down.

Add the diced vegetables, all the ingredients with a sprinkle of salt, and the feta cheese into the center of the tomato.

Sprinkle oregano and drizzle olive oil on top.

Serve on individual plates.
