  5. Fish
  6. Onion
  7. Pepper
  8. Crayfish

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil beans and wash.boil water and pour in it cut onion,fish,ginger and garlic in it cover and boil untill is soft.

  2. 2

    Add pepper,crayfish,salt,seasoning cubes then after ten minutes add palmoil let it simmer.wash and cut the scent leaves in.

  3. 3

    Slice plantain and fry in vegetable oil.
