Oats Daal appe
Steps

Soak chana daal, tuar daal in sufficient water for 4 to 5 hr.

Blend oats, green chillies, ginger, fennel seeds, in blander.

Then add soaked chana daal and tuar daal, curry leaves,salt in it, grind it coarsely.add little water and grind it to a smooth paste.

Mix enough water to get pouring consistency batter now add chopped onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, chopped onions, hing, in the batter, mix all well.

Pour this oats and daal batter in appe maker and cook for 2 min, flip the appe and cook on the other side untill it evenly turn gloden brown.

With the help of spoon, take the appe out of the appe maker. Transfer them on the plate. Serve hot with chutney.
