Sift flour,baking soda,baking powder and set aside.

In another bowl beat margarine until light and fluffy

Add sugar and mix.

Add eggs.

Add flour alternating with buttermilk

Until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Take two cups of whipping cream and add a pinch of green colour and a drop of mint flavour and beat until soft peaks form.

Layer and decorate your cake as desired and serve after your main dish.
