Soak urad whole,rajma and chana dal overnight

Give two whistle on high flame and then on slow flame for 15-20 minutes

Add milk and stir it well

Make puree of tomatoes, onion, ginger and green chillies with curd
- 5
Take bowl add ghee or butter put jeera till it crackles add hing, and puree

Add all masala and mix well till ghee leaves the side add the boiled dal. Let it cook on low flame

Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
- 8
Dal ready to serve
