Beat the eggs

Add flour to and beat well. Keep it aside

Heat the milk and stir it. When the milk starts to boil add the egg flour mixture to it while stirring. Switch off the heat when the milk achieves a thick consistency.

Let it cool well. Then add the vanilla essence and stir well.

Blend the mixture for 5 minutes using a blender

Pour it into a an air tight container and place it in the freezer for 2 hours

After 2 hours take it out of the freezer and blend it again for another 5 minutes.

Pour it into an air tight container and place it in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight. Take it out and keep at room temperature for 5 minutes and serve it.
