Crispy coconut chin chin is best served with fresh milk
Steps

Get a clean bowl and measure 1 mudu of flour into the bowl, add the margarine and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture

Add 1 cup sugar, pinch of salt, 3 eggs, coconut flakes and baking powder to the flour and mix it up with water to make the dough for chin chin

Use a kitchen scissors and cut it to the size you need

Fry on moderate heat
