Wash and soak chana dal for 5 mins
Add 2 cups of water chopped ginger, green chilli and turmeric powder
cook well and mash. - 2
In separate pan heat ghee add chopped onion saute and add red chilli powder and mehran dal masala stir it and cook 5 mins
now add cooked dal and cook for 5 mins
add curd and spinach stir it well and cook 3 mins in a low flame.
Finally sprinkle garam masala powder and transfer it to serving bowl.
Spicy punjabi dal palak is ready. Enjoy with plain rice or kuboos.
