Ingredients

  • 250 gmsflour
  • 155 gmspowdered sugar
  • 250 gmsmagarine
  • 1egg
  • Vanilla
  • 1/4 cupChocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream the butter and sugar

  2. 2

    Add in the egg and vanilla then the flour and knead

  3. 3

    Add in the chocolate chips and freeze the mixture for 15mins

  4. 4

    Form round shapes then flatten with a fork

  5. 5

    Bake in a preheated oven for 15mins at 180°

  6. 6

    Enjoy with some warm milk or tea
