  • 500 gmchicken :
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste:
  • 1tspSalt:
  • 2tbspKarahi masala:
  • 3blendedtomatoes:
  • 1/4cupYogurt:
  • 1tspchilli powder:
  • 1/2tspturmeric powder:
  • 1/2tspAll spice powder:
  • 1tbspSukhi methi:
  • 3,4Green CHILLIES:
  • 1tbsp jullian cutGinger:
  • 1tbspCoriander:
  • 1tbspTomato puree:

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil 1/2cup fry chicken in g.g paste n karahi masala..

  2. 2

    Now add blended tomatoes cook for 2min.. Add yogurt,salt,chilli powder n turmeric powder cook till chicken tender completely

  3. 3

    Now sprinkle sukhi methi,all spice powder,green chillies, coriander n ginger put on dum for about 10min.. enjoy with Zeera raita
