Ingredients

  1. Chicken full
  2. Ginger....2pieces
  3. Tomatoes 6 medium
  4. 10-15Cashewnuts
  5. 1 tspGaram Masala
  6. 1.5 tbspRed Chillie Powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 3 tbspButter
  9. 4-5Green Chillies
  10. 2 tbsplemon juice
  11. 2 tbspFresh Coriander leaves
  12. Fresh Cream half cup
  13. Coal 2 large
  14. 1 tbspGhee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First of all make fresh ginger garlic paste and Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 2 to 3 mins and make puree in the blender

    Roast cashewnuts and coarsely grind them with mortar n pestle

  3. 3

    Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, garam masala,red chillie powder n salt for an hour

  4. 4

    In karahi melt butter n put chicken in it and put slit green chillies n continue to saute for 3 mins and add tomato puree n half cup water n cover it n cook for 15 mins on slow flame till chicken get done

    Then add crushed cashew nuts,coriander leaves n lemon juice n cover n cook for 5 mins

  6. 6

    Stir in fresh cream n mix gently.Remove from heat.Place coal on open flame till it becomes red hot

  7. 7

    Remove coal from heat n put the coal in a small steel bowl.Place the bowl over chicken n pour 1 tbsp of warm ghee over it.

    As soon as it begins to smoke cover the kadai wid a lid

  9. 9

    Open the lid after ten mins.Remove bowl with coal.

  10. 10

    Serve hot with naan
