Ingredients

  1. 1- cup wheat flour
  2. 1- tbsp ghee
  3. 1/2- cup grated jaggery
  4. 1/4- cup almond powder
  5. 1/4- cup pistachio powder
  6. 3- tbsp desiccated coconut
  7. 1- tbsp white sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add wheat flour,ghee,and water as required and knead to semisoft dough.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add jaggery, almonds powder, desiccated coconut, pistachio powder,and sesame seeds.mix well.

  3. 3

    Divide dough into equal portions.roll out in to thick discs,apply some ghee and place jaggery mixture in the centre.

    Bring the edges together and seal to make balls dust with flour and roll out into thick paratha.

  5. 5

    Heat tawa, place paratha init and cook both sides.basting with ghee.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
