Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 2 tbsp sugar
  3. 6almonds
  4. 6cashew nuts
  5. 6raisins
  6. 1 tbsp magaz
  7. 6pistachio
  8. 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  9. 1walnuts
  10. 2Green cardamom seeds
  11. as neededPure ghee for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add wheat flour and make a soft dough by adding water slowly.

    Chop cashew, almonds, walnuts and pistachio in a mixing bowl. Add fennel seeds, raisins and magaz in it. Mix it well. Now mix sugar in it.

    Now make a ball of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin. Now put dry fruits mixture over it and roll the edges by bringing them in the centre.

    Heat a griddle and place the rolled paratha over it and roast on medium flame. Flip the side and roast from other side also.

    Fry the paratha with pure ghee from both sides till golden brown.

    Like wise make all the parathas.

    Serve hot.
