In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and salt. In medium bowl, combine half and half, oil, vanilla and egg; mix well. Add egg mixture to dry ingredients; mix with fork, leaving some lumps. Gently fold in chocolate chips. Cook pancakes on hot griddle. Serve with butter and warm maple syrup if desired.
